- By this date, applicants will be notified about their advancement to the interview stage.
Monday 6 October – Friday 10 October 2025
- Online interviews conducted with Inspiring Explorers Expedition™ selection panel.
Tuesday 14 October 2025
- By this date, applicants will be notified about their inclusion in the Inspiring Explorers Expedition™ team.
Thursday 20 – Monday 24 November 2025
- Team Building weekend in Christchurch (NZ) which expedition team members are required to attend.
Saturday 10 January – Tuesday 10 February 2026
- Inspiring Explorers Expedition™ Antarctic Peninsula takes place.

Friday 17 – Sunday 19 April 2026
- Post expedition debrief weekend which expedition team members are required to attend.
August 2026
- Individual outreach deadline – Team members are required to deliver three presentations about the expedition to groups or organisations in their community, and write a blog for the Trust’s website, within 6 months of returning home.
